Returns & Exchanges

At Suzy Shier, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of the order date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' and certain intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Review Policy and Prepare Items

  Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached and have your original invoice or order confirmation ready.

  Choose Your Return Method

  Decide whether to return your items for free at any Suzy Shier or Le Château retail location across Canada, or use our easy online mail-in portal.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  If returning by mail, securely pack your items and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our online returns center to attach to your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
